A new brand platform built on singing the praises of customers shopping their way.
CarMax lets customers buy and sell cars their way – whether that's in pajamas on their couch, while eating lunch at the park, or in-person at the dealership.
To help celebrate this, we launched the "Wanna Drive?" brand platform. And what better way to celebrate than with a band and some catchy songs?
We created the CarMax House Band and unleashed them on the world to sing our customer's praises on TV, online, and even in the real world.

First, we made a bunch of TV (and songs!):

Then we had the band surprise real customers with personalized songs, turning the event into social content.

And we made a ton of paid social ads with (yes, you guessed it) even more catchy tunes.
We also extended the campaign for their NBA & WNBA partnership, featuring Donovan Mitchell and Paige Bueckers:
